Happily strumming away since 2018, Low Fell Ukes is a club run by the people, for the people.
Founded on the principles that everyone has a say in what we play, we believe in taking ukulele music to the places where it can do the most good. We give back to the community by playing for local care homes, charities and clubs. When the weather’s nice (and sometimes when it's not) we even like to play outside at local parks and festivals.
That might all sound a bit serious but we're really just a bunch of daft softies who love getting together for a strum and a chat. We're 60 members strong that includes all types of people from electricians, teachers and ex-forces. What brings us together is a love of good fun and great music.
If having a bit of a laugh while playing some cracking tunes sounds like your kind of thing, get yourself down and give us a go.
