12 Weeks of Lockdown and Low Fell Ukes is still going strong
21st June 2020
Learn a Song
Our Wednesday afternoon Learn a Song sessions have continued to attract a small but enthusiastic group. We are learning a new song suggested by the group each week and running over a couple of songs from the previous week. We are not dwelling on songs to get them perfect, rather introducing members to new songs that they can take away and practice themselves. This week we have two contrasting songs - “Don’t Stop Believin’” an eighties power ballad by Journey which turns into a very effective acoustic tune and Plain White T’s “Hey There Delilah”. We have been doing a bit of instrumental tab and these two are no exception.
If you fancy trying the session out this week may be a good time with two completely new songs. To take part down load the songs which are available below and in the updated Songbook Three V3.
