First Live Playing in Four Months

Seven Low Fell Ukers took to social distancing in the bandstand at Saltwell Park on Saturday (11th July) for our first live strum.

It was certainly a lot more fun playing together rather than via Zoom although there were admissions that it was harder as others could hear what we were singing.

The session was joined by a 60th Birthday picnic who asked us if we could stay longer as they were enjoying the music…yes honestly. We played and chatted for an hour and a half in the rather chilly sunshine and at the end had a chat and birthday cake donated by the audience.

We agreed that we will be doing this again next week… subject to weather.

LEARN TO PLAY THE KAZOO

This video was made for children but may be fun. Sadly the offer of a free kazoo does not apply to adults.
